Badlands Residency Day 18

Painting, packing, and cleaning today. Checking out of the apartment at 7:30 am. I plan to drive the loop road out of the park on my way home. Likely stop near Butte, MT for the night.  Sad as always to be preparing to leave this place, but knowing I will be back for longer in the spring eases the pain.  It's been a great visit, as always.
